Hacking Upgrading BootMii

I know this is a silly question, but seeing that what I'm trying to upgrade is my only chance of protecting myself from a brick, I thought it's worth asking.

Can I simply run through the HackMii installer and press "Install BootMii v0.3" if I already have BootMii v0.2 installed? Will that "upgrade" it? or do I have to uninstall BootMii v0.2 first, and then install the newest one?

I would not update to beta 3 the nand backups dont work you have to do a small mod to get them too work. Might as well keep beta 2.

Exactly.

Though, if your SD card is not supported, it might work with Beta 3, but I've only had it worse when I was at Beta 3.

So I changed back to Beta 2, and my SD Card speed improved back to how it was before.
