Hacking Upgrade Wii to 3.2?

I got my Wii soft modded with the Zelda Hack I have the Home brew Channel and Back up Channel Gamma 0.3.

My Wiis FirmWare is 3.1 and I need to get it at 3.2 for most Home Brew and apps to work is there a way to update my Wii to 3.2 with out using a game, if not what game should I rent to update to 3.2?

Also what is the best back up loader? Back Up Channel Gamma 0.3 plays some in game cut seens slow..

Extract the two wads present in semibrick fix disk (choose the right region!) and install those wads with wadmanager. of course you'll need wiiscrubber to extract the wads

That's due to 3x limitation, so use usb-loader

But there is not need to be in 3.2 except for starfall and preloader, so you can keep 3.1

I think I'll just rent a game that has the 3.2 firmWare update..
Can anyone give me a list of games that has the 3.2 FirmWare update?

I've been hearing more and more about USB loader is it realy the best way to play back ups/ ISOs?
Also I have a 8GB thumb drive will that work with USB loader? lol, guess I'll learn more about it.
