Hacking updating sysnand

My sysnand is on 7.1.0-10e but I want to update it to 9.0.
Can I just use sysupdater and put the 9.0 firmware in the updates folder.

I recommend you setup rxTools using this guide and update sysNAND to 9.2 following the same guide under the subheading How to Update your 3DS/2DS to 9.0 or 9.2. If you don't follow the instructions very carefully (e.g. you attempt an update using sysUpdater while firmware spoofing), you could brick your 3DS.

Hey thank you for the reply managed to get that up and going . ran into a small issue later on though was trying to cold boot my 3ds into rx cfw the link witch every 1 seems to be using for auto version of Themehax is dead. been looking most of today for it cant find it anywhere.

Menuhax only works on 9.0-9.2. Have you already updated? If so, you can find the menuhax installer here.

I have managed it man thank you so much for your help. trying to get my hands on some cia updates for games every link I go to is down ATM so annoying. well thanks again dude made my day
