you won't be able to update a game played with loadiine if you just follow the instruction given above.
It's missing steps.
First, you need to know the game's TitleID to download it. easy to find, but that's a step you need for NUSGrabber.
NUSGrabber is downloading encrypted files.
After that, you will have to decrypt the files with CDecrypt.
Now, you can either replace/add/overwrite your game files and folders with the update, or put the update in a separate folder and let loadiine do its real-time update loading feature but you need to know how to name the folder, where to place it, etc.
There is an alternative : JNUSTool
It's a tool doing what both NUSGrabber and CDecrypt are doing independently, plus it has a graphical interface and is multiplateform.
it's downloading updates directly in the correct folder, in decrypted files format, and you don't need to search for the game's TitleID as there are game's titles listed in the program. You can even select different update version from it.
