Updating firmware

Hey,

It has been a while since I hacked my switch and it's time to update my firmware.
Question is, how do i go about updating my firmware to the latest one? I need step by step instructions.
The followup question:
What do i need to update alongside the firmware? Atmosphere? Nsp installer (im using goldleaf)? Sig patches? What else? And how do i go about doing that? Need step by step instructions as well as links to get them.
And finally, are there any risks of breaking my switch in the process?

I also had a doubt, if someone is kind enough to answer.

I want to update my emummc to the latest version 16.0.3 but keep my sysmmc at 10.2.0 which i am on now. Is that fine to do? or do i need to keep both updated?

Also is there any difference between Stock and sysmmc? sysmmc is just stock running with cfw right?
