Hacking Updating a softmodded wii

It has been a while since i have played my wii and I was wondering if there is a way to update all of the cios and mios and such easily like a one click option. Or what is the current list of updated cios and other things that might be useful to get my softmodded wii current.

If it helps I have 4.2u and I only usb config to play my games, I would like to get triforce working properly but i realize that i have to wait for rev20 which will be out soon. And i also need usb support for GH and RB devices.

I am only looking for info on current cios or maybe a new hombrew that updates them via online or not.

I also realize that there is a search but it sucks. And I am not really interested in people telling my to try Google. this is a forum I cant find exactly what i am looking for with search. dont waste your time posting useless stuff just to get your post count up.

Install cios rev 17 for triiforce.
Hermes cios v4
install cios222 base 38
install cios223 base 38+37
install cios202 base 60

EDIT: use cios223 for RB and GH

You can overwrite cios as much as you want.

When I went to dl hermes cIOS Installer 5 it says something about ios224. is that necessary?

Never mind I found it 1.4.3. thanks for both suggestions but pimp my wii is exactly what i was looking for. I cant believe I have never heard of this.
