Hacking Updates?

Call me impatient, but I'm rather pissed off at the moment.

One of the AKAIO developers said that that team acekard had fixed this allready, but then we have to go of what he said.
Whats the go, one moment team acekard could wait to put the video out that 'We are number one, we did it"

And moments later, they started to ship the "Acekard 2i" As soon as i could pick my DSi up, i ordered an acekard 2i.
They months later frigging 1.4 come out and what do you know, blocks all cards or should i say kards.

And no word from acekard bar a, erm what something like 10 word post on there blog thing saying something like "Do not update your dsi to 1.4, were working on it" Something that just set me off is some r4i clone team showed progress.

Meanwhile acekard has said nothing more, then ez-flash team showed that they did it as well, and gave the patch out to public, followed by the Hyper R4i clone.

Is it just me, or am i the only one that has the guts to say something or what.

If it wasnt for the bullshit RCs of EZ Flash, I could have bought the EZ5i instead of Acekard 2i. I think the firmware bugs were fixed in the RC4. And now, I have to wait for team acekard to update their bootloader.

Im an inpatient guy.

Actually its been two weeks and very little form Acekard regarding their progress, even though people on their own forums have been screaming for a response and have got nothing. Like I said these cards sell on word of mouth, with poor customer relations they are not going to be first on the reccomended list for many people. That said if you cant wait, go buy a card that works.

Another thing... I wish people would stop creating new topics about the same thing, if you need to vent your spleen there are a number of topics out there about this....

I call for another topic locking...........

Then here is not the place to make a fuss, try their forums, or in Acekards case shout your problems out of your window, either way they will take no notice of it.

God damn, why do these threads keep popping up? Can't people think with common sense that maybe the people over at Acekard are working on other things with the boot loader, a firmware update of some sort with it or I don't know, changing the booticon from "Tak" to avoid copyright lawsuits?? You knew what you were getting into with a DSi that it had updateable firmware and that there were possibilities of it being blocked.
