Updates after firmware 13.1.0.0

Hi, are there updates on the same firmware over the course of the life of the firmware without any of the prefixes of the firmware version changing. Ie not 13.1.0.1 or 13.1.0.2

Nintendo has the ability to send out silent updates that don’t require rebooting and don’t change the displayed version number, though they’re limited to updating a few archives and they’ve only done such an update once up to this point.
If that’s what you mean?
