Hello,

I'm running Armloader9 and have been for a while. I can't exactly remember what version I.e cakes...

I know it was the best one going at the time where both Sys nand and emunand ran together.

I just updated my N3ds for the first time in ages and now all I get is black screen. Has anyone else been getting this? I can Hold L1 and R2 to open the DycrptySwip but I don't know what to do.

If you have a NAND dump on a lower firmware, restore it (use Decrypt9), or update your Luma payload (if you're using Luma, of course)

I didn't think I'm using Luma?? Is there anyway to check. I also know for a fact I don't have a back up of my Nand as my backup was lost due to my laptop dying.

all of this sound like rxtools to me. restore NAND backup if you have, then go to 3ds.guide and follow the steps
reread his first post (he has A9LH and cakes.)

@OP 11.3 (and newer) blocked external loading of teh native FIRM Older CFW's needed to be updated to get around this (mainly ones that hardcoded it in. ) you'll be fine so long you replace your arm9loaderhax.bin at the root of your sd card from the latest Luma. or other CFW you feel you want to use that has been updated.

  1. Use the (A) button and the D-Pad to turn on the following:
    • “Autoboot SysNAND”
    • “Use SysNAND FIRM if booting with R”
    • “Show NAND or user string in System Settings”
  2. Press (Start) to save and reboot

Brilliant! Seems to be back up and running thanks. Am i good to go with future updates? Also Will all my *Backed Up* Games still work?
