Hacking Update my PSP

I want to know if its safe to update my PSP from 6.20 PRO B9 to OFW 6.60

Sometimes a vicious squad of combat alligators will turn up but the majority of the time you won't have any issues.

What prompts the update? (...and do you have Reptile proof doors?)

I need to transfer MGS I just purchased via MediaGo since I get an error if I try and download it. I realise I could just rehack with temp hack or just go legit from now on (probally legit is what I will do).

After you update to 6.60 remember to use the option to Reset to Factory Settings in the Settings menu which effectively formats flash1 and will clear out any random leftovers.

Just did that. Now it won't let me transfer it still >_> I'll see if it lets me now that I reset to factory but I doubt it D:
