Hacking Update issue

Hey,
Have a ps tv that's on 3.61 and I need to update to access the psn store. When I login it tells me I need to update, I click ok, and then the update spots back some error saying I'm already using the latest version (c3-12049-6), so it takes me back to the login screen, and so on.

Any idea what's going on?

You by chance have any Henkaku installed?
