Gaming Update games but banned ?

Hello, I would like to know what will happen if I get banned, I know I won't be able to play games online, but will I be able to access to the eshop and to update games ?

Also, if I install games with CFW, will I be able to update them with the eshop ?

No.

Only if you are unbanned, but doing that (i mean updating game installed via any other way than e-shop) will swiftly bring you ban in short time.

If you have a second unbanned Switch, you can use it to sync (update) game versions, but that's about it.
