Yes i have. When im updating to 11.8 to 11.9
may fbi gone . How to restore it .??

Can anyone tell me if steelhax is working?
I haven't tried it myself, but 3ds.guide has been updated, and I'm sure we would have heard a lot of people screaming about it if such an important exploit was defeated.

There is no reason why that should have happened. What did you do when you updated? Have you changed your SD card at all?

Steelhax still works even with 11.8 payload so its good news for steelhax

A very slim list I'd imagine.
Nintendo claims the last remaining Nintendo Zone in the USA is in New York City.

That's odd, considering the fact that the Nintendo Zone Viewer hasn't been working for a long time. (You can force open it with FBI, it works fine, but nothing to connect to.)

Install it via the 3dsx version of FBI. First be sure the homebrew menu boot.3dsx is in the root of your SD card and fbi.3dsx is in the /3ds/ folder. Then load/run download play, bring up the Luma menu, set the current title as the homebrew launcher title, exit and re-run download play to boot into the homebrew menu, load fbi, then use that to install the cia version of fbi.

Or if in doubt just do everything here https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup

It was probably a version of fbi that was injected into health and safety but as far as I know that is only an issue updating from 11.7 or earlier to 11.8/11.9.[/QUOTE]

If I'm not mistaken, a "Nintendo Zone" at this point is strictly a hotspot to which a 3DS will automatically connect to download system updates and SpotPass news/demos, without having to be explicitly configured in System Settings. The current list is over here:
https://yls8.mtheall.com/ninupdates/3ds_nzonehotspots.php?version=v22528

As I may have mentioned, it's very strange Future Shop is still in there as Future Shop ceased to exist quite some time ago.

Maybe Nintendo is keeping that data so they can re-purpose it for something else?

A9LH: Works <-- Yes successfully from 11.8 to Sys 11.9.0-42U (emunand Emu 11.2.0-35U not updated, still accessible),
with Luma 7.05 a9lh , FBI(v2.4.6) gm9 d9 still run, eshop at 11.9 accessible, buying DLCs from games at 11.9 no problem.

i know A9LH is not supported now, just no time to goto b9s for this console / install bunches of
apps whose a9lh versions (godmode9 v0.9.2 , decrypt9wip v2016/11/13 ) would not run.
