So I've decided to get Sniper Elite V2 for the Wii U regardless of being an awful port, but despite that it's graphically inferior and without the extra content the worst thing about it is that it ends up locking/freezing the console which has never happened before with any of the games I played it. Plus, when you take screenshots it does for the Pause Menu not the In-Game.
But then again, I bought this primarily for collecting purposes so I'm not too impressed that it's such a pile of turd but aside these issues, the story mode's gameplay is quite entertaining and addictive.
