I have softmii installed, along with wanin's cios (i installed softmii after so if that removes wanin's cios I don't have it) but I recently got a modchip.

My question is what if any can I delete to free up some space for wiiware games, and is it even worth it or are they too small to make a diffrence.

No, do not delete any IOS.

People brick their Wii by uninstalling stuff rather than installing them.

You can delete a lot of IOS, but that won't increase your free blocks. Just imagine what would happen if nintendo would not reserve memory for firmware when your nand is full and you install a new update with new IOS.
