Unknown PKG1 Version, and HOS version not supported

I was downloading some games via tinfoil (ghost) and everything was going great until i noticed that it stopped downloading like it was jammed so i went back to the home menu and then atmosphere crashed, now every time i try to boot to emunand i get this error message :

Unknown PKG1 Version
HOS version not supported!
or emuMMC corrupt!

Trying backup bootloader...
Found pkg1 ('7zhf´).

Unknown pkg1 version.
HOS version not supported!
or emuMMC corrupt!

Failed to launch HOS!

Btw im a completely new to switch modding. Im running CNX atmosphere latest version with the latest version Hekate

Format memory card and recreate emuMMC.

I format memory using rufus to fat32 and set new emmummc raw partition (not file sd ) newest hekate atmosfera and hats pack. No have no ideas, did i must istall original firmware to 19 version ?
