Hardware Unknown Error Code

Was just trying to access the PSN for the first time to check it out and download some demos but i have encountered a problem. Whenever i try to download a demo (i've tried Little Big Planet and Naruto) i get the error code 80109B83. I have looked around the internet and have had no luck determining what causes this or even what it means. Can someone helps me?



Note: PSP Model 2000, Firmware 6.37, Wifi WPA2

Not to try and insult you in any way at all, but are you sure you've read the error code right?

Have you actually tried a different memory stick. Errors like that are commonly due to MS difficulties.

Yup that's the error code it says
"An error has occured.
(80109B83)"

And yes i tried a different mem stick. Also tried formatting mem sticks.

Are they genuine? As in Magic Gate supported as displayed on the XMB when you bring up info using the Triangle button from the Memory Stick submenu

Yup it says MagicGate™ Supported
