Hacking unhack a wii U

hello,
I want to delete the hacks on my Wii U to sell it. I install some games with wup installer and I have homebrew channel and usb loader GX on vWii. That's it.
What tools do i need to use ?

you can format it as long as it's not cbhc. if it is, uninstall it first. do note that not everything is erased with a format. tickets will remain.

Is tickets (and ciso on vWii maybe ?) a problem for a legit new customer ? He's gonna use disk games, use a nintendo account to go eshop and pay some games and dlc and stuff.

no, they're licenses for the wii u content. he can't do anything with them without your account, so it's not really a big deal.
