ROM Hack Undoing an SM64DS ROM hack

At one point, I turned on a cheat that let me enter all the doors in SM64DS. My friend called me out on it, and now I want to turn it off and play the game normally. The only problem is, I can't. I switched DS ROM loaders and deleted the files for the old one, so I can't turn it off that way. I tried turning it on and off again in my new loader, and it didn't work. I tried replacing the ROM with a new one, and it didn't work. Is there any way to get it back to "normal" without deleting the save and starting over?

You'll need to use a save editor. Seems that after you unlocked all the doors you might have progressed far enough for them to be unlocked based on how many stars you had...but I think the game also keeps door unlock state as seperate flags (so that when you go to use door for first time Mario/Other character does the using Star to unlock door animation) so after the cheat was used the game probably auto set all the flags for that in the save.

So you need to edit the save to reset all the doors back to locked state. You'll have to go through the animations again for the doors you have enough stars/keys to unlock again but that's a small price to pay I would guess.

I'm pretty sure a save editor exists somewhere?
