Hacking Unbricking a DS Flashcart

Hello, I need some help trying to unbrick an R4 clone. It's the R4i SDHC 1.4 (http://www.r4i-sdhc.com).
There is a way to unbrick it by updating the firmware using another flashcart and another DS, which I currently have in hands.

The problem is, to get the update file, you need to download it using the flashcart itself, as seen in this picture:

Does anyone know how to get the update file without having to use the flashcart to download it? Is it possible for anyone with the cart to get the update file for me?

I could find some "fwup142.nds" online which reflashes the cart's firmware, but unfortunately it needs to be run on the cart you want to upgrade, as it doesn't support hot-swapping.
