unable to open a game

I have a problem with a game long time ago, it's about a game that dosen't start, with the first version there's no problem but when i uploaded the game dosen't open it keeps loading and gives an error, there is a solution for that?

If the base game worked fine and you updated it then obviously you're on a firmware thats old and the update requires the newer system firmware. Hence the reason why it's not booting up

With uploading the game I assume you mean updating it. As CloudStrife1901 said, updates requires higher firmware versions that its base games for, basically, every single case.
Try to pay attention to that from now on, is not that complicated to keep your console updated and to check which HOS version a game/update needs. C'mon.
