Homebrew Unable to initialize 3DS CSND service

Hello all, I'm running homebrew on steelhax on 11.8. I'm trying to run snes9x_3ds, but everytime I boot it up it always shows unable to initialize 3DS CSND service, and unable to initialize CSND. Anybody know why this is happening and how to fix it? Help would be greatly appreiciated! Thank you!

@ProfessorBowser626 You need to dump the DSP first with another homebrew before other homebrews can use sound.

I installed CFW and now it all works! Thanks to anybody that helped me out!
