So I got in contact with a user on Discord, who collects a bunch of Nintendo development carts and units, and he stumbled uppon a reflashable cartridge named "SystemUpdate v1.4a", which can downgrade to v1.4 and switch regions as well. He tried to dump it with GodMode9, but the cartridge is encrypted.
This has been an issue with GM9 for a while, and even on Github where an issue was filed, the creator never replied. Since GM9 is all open source, is it possible for someone to find a way to dump encrypted carts?
