Gaming UMD optical drive for a 1000

So one of the kids at my church gave me his psp 1000 for repair cause I do that kind of stuff......his UMD drive is unable to read UMDs now....I've done everything in my power to fix this but to no avail. So I've decided to inform his parents to buy I new ne so I can do a swap...but thing is I go to Deal Extreme and they only have one for the 2000. The only site I trust is deal extreme so I'm here asking is there a trustworthy site that I can order a 1000 UMD drive from.

Try ebay.com, I found a few of those there. Look for Power users or people with a high percent rate of good feedback and read any negative feedback. In the case you do get ripped off or something of that sort, you can file a case in ebay and in PayPal to get your money back but that usually doesn't happen.
