You could DL it from that iso site but for the freeshop itll be whenever the person in charge updates/uploads the new games. Although tbh your not missing much 80% of it is just sun&moon.

It's probably your Freeshop version that's old. Uninstall it, go to FBI's TitleDB and download it from there.
