i got a japanese wii and put a modchip on it, defore starts playin i updated it via wii music ntsc-j to avoid brick problens, after that i played ntsc-u wii music just fine then mario kart , worked perfectly too, metroid prime 3 (pal) it worked but doubled my weather channel, and the last game i tested was ssbb-ntsc-u, it didnt work jus a black screen with some japanese writings on it.
i dont know which game semi bricked my wii ( opera help screen on settings) and before it get bricked i didn't connect to the internet first time so i cant conect now.
most forums tellsme to install hbc and downgrade my wii firmwire to 3.2 but i don't know how to do this in that situation. i guess after wii music ntsc j update my wii is on 3.3J, not sure.
and i also tried the semi brick fix disc JP but it dont work: a "?" symbol appears with some japanese letters
