okay so i recently got addicted to maplestory .
i am a lvl 33 aran who plays on Windia

it's so freakin stupid on how it just d/cs me randomly .
and then when i try to connect, it now just says "already logged in" or "server under inspection".
really... REALLY... bleh , BS .

anyway, is it worth it...?
to play maplestory...?
big bang update might hit Global MapleStory one day... so I wanna get my Aran to lvl 50 before that happens .
dualbladers = over powered .
but since i reached lvl 30, imma go make one that starts at lvl 30, take all teh money then that's it xD.

Maplestory, worth it it is not.
I suggest you stop playing it as soon as possible.

MapleStory is the cause of some deaths, you know. 2 parents left their baby in the car and went into an internet cafe to play MapleStory. The baby suffocated and died. Another one was a guy who played MapleStory for 48 hours straight. Maybe it was 72, I don't remember. He died from hunger. 2 strong reasons to quit MapleStory.

I have a level 70 Crusader and I quit because I was so tired of grinding.
It's worth it with friends, i'll say that much. It's actually kinda fun to just grind and talk to friends, and then boost your e-peen by showing them your damage. Without friends it's just a boring grindfest with no endgame content. (pvp)


Also BloodyFlame, people die playing MMO's all the time.
Korean Ragnarok Online had to remove Nightmare PvP (lose items when you die by chance) because there were several suicides when people went in there, died, and lost an some uber items. (Probably a god item, which is insanely rare and hard to get).

I thought I was the only that played Nexon games, lawlz. Don't play Maplestory, you will never play it for long. I did play Mabinogi before I left to go to bootcamp. IMO never start playing MMORPGs, its really an internet prison, same way as RP's.

lol I agree I had a lvl 53 cleric that I ended up quitting because it was boring but I started a year later and got to 73 but then I quit again for another year and then I decide to continue playing and my account's been hacked, was so pissed, ever since that haven't touched maplestory and never will (apart from ds version LOL)

Spylch, i think is just your internett messing with you XD. I have PLAYED maple global from europe since the release of it and has again played again and again each year for maybe 1-2 weeks and then quit. Never had any lag issues and im currently lvl 71.

Game is quite addicting early phase. It's not hard to actually level up anymore until lvl 80s. Well i say that there is game that beats it but in terms of 2D platformer game this game totally wins

Reboot your computer and you'll be able to log in again (on MapleStory, that is).

if it says you're logged in, thats an issue that occurs with.. well.. any kind of server. It's caused by you not disconnecting properly, so if you wait like 5-10 minutes the problem *should* be resolved.

I play Maplestory, also in windia, and I'm a Level 42 Dual blader. I used to have a level 151 bandit and a level 136 Sin. I'm trying my best to NOT play, as it's eating at my money, and time. It was dissappointing for me to finally find out i was wasting my life for 4 years straight, but I think I'm going to start over

To me, I don't think it's worth it. what about all of my friends? I talk to them on Skype quite often

I'm glad I stopped playing maplestory though, I see the world in a totally different way.

Free ones too.

Just always need to be careful of OP cash shops...that shit ruins games.

I used to play MapleStory, I had a level 50-ish Fighter then they started to add more worlds and and characters and shit and that's when I stopped. Now I play CombartArms cuz I like to shoot zombehs

they used to have a beta of KartRider which was effin amazing and addicting. But being Nexon, they pulled it and never brought it back. It did so well. Of course they continued it in China & Korea.

If you ever get into NX and stuff, never buy things that are temporary. Use it to power up your player or change your hair or something permanent. Clothes and weapons and stuff like that expires and you just feel stupid after buying it.

PQ Is fun but it so boring when you have to wait. Unless it changed while I was gone.

I do know people who play Maplestory and to me I rather stay with runescape (My first MMORPG) and Mabinogi. Not many people know about Mabinogi and I'm glad its few in between. Don't play that game if you hating dying A LOT!
