I have two USB hdds, one 120gb and one 60gb. When playing off the second one, games will frequently just freeze, or crash, or whatever. Like the game fails to load any further. Using d2x r49, does anyone know how to fix this?
It could be a problem with your drive going into sleep mode. There are instructions on how to disable sleep mode for a lot of HDDs but it's brand specific. SeaGate has their own tool to do it and I believe WD does too.
