Hacking TWLoader/DSIMenu++ Installations?

So, looking for a way to play NDS ROMs on my 3DS(after sacrificing my R4 to LumaCFW it), I came across TWLoader. I went ahead and installed everything, and it worked.
...except for when there's a .nds file in SD\roms\nds folder.
So I went and looked a bit more, and found DSIMenu++, but everything about that stupid thing is extremely vague, or everyone says to stay with TWLoader.
I'm just looking for a straight answer :
Stick with TWLoader
Figure out DSIMenu++
Buy another R4 you lazy person

An R4 offers the best compatibility, but DSiMenu++ has become pretty good at executing most games. All the instruction you need are here, under "Instructions (No flashcard, 3DS/2DS users)".
Although... you know card aren't "sacrificed" after using them for ntrboot (which I assume it's what you used) and can be restored to their original function, right?

I'm having difficulties due to the lack of internet for long enough to download the ACNL : WA .cia file, so that's that, lol. I'm at school about 95% of the time, and I haven't bothered to get Wifi at my apartment. I use tor when I'm at school, considering I can't seem to get Proxycap to work, so that's pretty nifty, I would say.

You can rebuild the game into a *.cia if that 3DS has GodMode9.

Did you know?

GodMode9 offers building CIAs as legit or standard, and you may wonder which one to choose. For purchased titles that you intend to reinstall only to the same console they came from, choose legit. This will include your personal ticket (including identifying info in the ticket) to the CIA. Legit CIAs may not work on other consoles. CIAs that you want to install to other consoles should be build in standard mode instead, which builds a universal ticket and removes identifying info.

The exception to the above rule is system titles, cause system titles always come with a universal, non identifying, legit ticket. You should choose legit for them regardless of their purpose.
