Can I add/edit usrcheat.Dat, I would like to add cheats for a couple jp game(jump ultimate star and megaman operate shooting star)?
Edit: turns out the English patch versions I have don't work with usrcheat, used a jp jump star to activate the cheat then switched save file to the patch 1. No luck with operate though, but clearly I won't be getting any help here.
