I think you can format the emuNAND afterwards, but you could just use another SD card.

If you don't unlink them, you have to unwrap every CIA you installed at every boot.

Because I was not aware of it? XD
I made it work with the tools I had, I haven't really gotten that into more finicky apps/tools for the 3DS.
You could try it and see if that works too.

Do you have 2 diferent folders with a lot of numbers as folders name inside your 3DS SD card? You have them unlinked

When you go into emunand, do you have to unwrap cias? If so they are linked.

Does it mean if I don't have to unwrap my cias The NANDs are unlinked?
I can see my installed CIAs in SysNAND (but not start them) AND see them in RedNAND (CFW)

Ah, you mean I have to unwrap them after I've installed them. I thought you mean I have to unwrap them everytime again when I boot RedNAND

The only CIAs I have isntalled are blagSNES and Big Blue Menu and I don't have to unwrap them.
But I also never formated are restored anything on my system either, so waht's the case here?

This worked for me, but I used dsiware that I already owned, I used funkycia to get my copy of 4swords and risky revenge. I installed them both onto my 4.5 sysnand and they work. Fek yeah man, that was the only thing that upset me from downgrading, and now it works too! Thanks for the tut.
