ROM Hack Question Tutorial on Pokemon Sword and Shield randomizer?

Can someone do a tutorial on how to randomize pokemon sword and shield? I have tried to followed a guide for Let's Go! but keep ending up with empty ExeFs and RomFs folders.

Or can someone link me to a modified file with ONLY increase Shiny rates??

Honestly the best way to get the ExeFS and RomFS folders is to dump the folders from "NXDumpTool" Homebrew app, then you will get the options to either dump the games from your sd card, or game cart. And then manually naming the folder that they go into *****************************.nca, it should tell you what the full id of that nca is as you are extracting it. Worked for me.
