The annoying part is I tried contacting Azure support prior to this, and they said contact Dev Center support. I contacted Dev Center support, and they told me to contact Azure support. wtf.

I'm trying to create a support ticket right now, but for what topic? Subscription management-> Benefits -> My issue isn't listed?
(sorry for probably bad translation, using german language on azure)

To everyone who got it working, is it possible to apply to your college/uni online?
If so, can you tell us to which one you go?

To do that, you can apply with Github Developer Pack, if you have a school issued mail adress, you can enter it and that's it.
Else, put a photo of any school proof (certificate, diploma, timetable), and they will respond :)
Here is the link : https://education.github.com/pack
Then, you have access for free to Microsoft Azure, and I think you can contact them to get a store (ask for Microsoft Store developer account promo code for student).

If any of you have issues with this do not hesitate to contacting Azure support via Twitter or email. They solved my issue with getting a school Azure account within 2 days and should help with any other issue you have seamlessly.

And do you have a key for microsoft Store? I already got an azure account, but like others the microsoft store disappeared from our software tab on azure.

Update to my support ticket. Guessed I should share

Hello ! Someone in my family has also contacted the supported, but he got a calling that say that too, I think the codes will return fast if still available :)

Hello (sorry for double post) !
It seems the bug is now fixed, but the benefit error is still here... So I think you'll have to contact Azure to get a new replacement code.

Hi, I just tried and I always have the error "Your Microsoft account is not verified in a program that qualifies for this offer. Please ensure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account that was used to obtain this token. If the problem continues, contact your token provider."

How can I fix this ? I got this token from Azure Student like it was said in the tutorial. Can someone help me ?

It's easy, but it will take some time. Contact Azure support in Benefits Category, this is what I done last month, and they gave me a working replacement code.
You will have to record with PSR the steps of code obtention and code input (It's for verify the authenticity of the code)

The problem is the tutorial is correct but Missing one important component. Your school account must be affiliated with the microsoft program access. I am in the computer networking program therefore I can access the area and download windows and whatever other software I want from microsoft for free. My girl in nursing and she goes to the same school and can't download nothing lol. I got the free account access and she denied like so many, even though we have the same school email.....

I do not see Microsoft store on the page

I dont see Microsoft store on the page

I did this a few years ago, and it worked the other still to do my Xbox one X (that I am testing games on to see how far it goes)... Do a search for a free EDU account, some will come up, where you can sign up for a school but, don't need to attend or pay anything.

It's what I did, got a free account and it's still active 5 years later, 3 of, I never touch it...
