Can I just upgrade to waninkoko 4.1 without go through 4.0, my system is 3.2U?

I updated succesfully!! ...I installed cIOS Rev8 first though to make sure.

Could someone tell me how to update to the 4.1 System Menu after this tutorial to get the 4.0e version?

...run waninkoko's 4.1 update and after that run the ios60.wad again?

Not sure if this was answered already but wanted to know if after I update to system menu 4.0 wil my USB Loader GX channel still work? or will I have problems with it? I already read the neogamma loader would work just fine but I use USB loader mostly because it allows me to make backups of my games to a hard disc drive which keeps my originals safe.
