Hmm, hearing that my guess is that it's because I only downloaded the program today, and it can't retrieve a proper titlelist.csv file due to the servers. I'll try one more time and see what happens.

Tried three different versions of the tool and still no luck. They've been stuck like this for at least 10 minutes. There's got to be some sort of problem with downloading a proper, usable titlelist.

I'm definitely not an expert on this, but looking at previous posts it seems you can in some places, such as the 'change theme' button. However you can't put a huge picture on the shutdown screen for example.

Quick question, how would I go about installing the edited home menu cia to my emunand NAND? I don't want to accidentally end up installing it to my real NAND and end up bricking the whole thing.

You can put a picture, if you create the layout from scratch. Without doing that, you can only replace all of those horizontal bars, and the color.

Oh cool. Someone should develop a layout creating / editing tool. Would come in useful for editing this, and other Nintendo developed games for that matter.

EFE can view layout files, but not edit them. You need to use NW4C to create a new layout.
