Is it 100% safe?

Idk honestly, I used it for a bit tonight and there was no red x on the download manager like there should be. I wouldn't trust it.

That's a good as long as your IP is static, if it's dynamic, it won't do much good. If your router has parental block blacklisting, use it. I use that and Tubehax and I never had an issues. In summary,

Static IP - Open DNS is good
Dynamic IP - Not safe
