Trying to softmod but USB appears to be empty

I have formatted the drive and copied over the relevant files to the drive with xplorer 360. The xbox itself recognizes the drive, but none of the files show up when I click on it. If i plug it back into the PC thr files still appear under xplorer.
Did I miss a step somewhere? I cant figure out what im doing wrong.

Yes. But I noticed if i transfer a save from the xbox to the USB it doesn't show up with xplorer360, just the files I transferred from the PC.

You have to make FIRST an Empty Folder and then Copy your Exploit Folders on the USB Stick.

Xplorer360 still doesn't show anything I move from my Xbox to the USB and my Xbox won't show anything I move from the PC to the USB.
My folder structure looks exactly the same as yours, except I'm using just the exploit for THPS4.

What is the Size of your USB Stick please ? It should not to big.Recommended is an 256 to 512 Mega Byte one.

My usb is 1gb. The xbox formats it just fine, and I can even use it like a memory card.

It's not about the save game. I tried transferring other exploits over to see if I could see them and none of them show up.

Exactly.
But, if I copy a save, like for the Matrix, from the xbox to the usb it shows up.
But nothing I inject from the PC shows up on the Xbox. Furthermore, that Matrix save does not show up when I load the USB in Xplorer360.

Xplorer360 can be fussy sometimes. Make sure you run it was an admin, make sure your USB stick is not plugged into a USB dock and if need be run Xplorer360 in windows compatibility mode or use a 32bit OS.

If I run as admin it will not let me drag and drop. And i even tried running it on an XP virtual machine with no luck.
