Now I have got the Fat partition of emuNAND.bin.But I don't have a clue of which file to delete.Who knows the titleid for nnid mamagement program?

How come no one replied... I"m just asking for the titleid for the nnid mamagement program.I wonder if clearing its save may helps.

I also want to know how this can be done.
I believe there must be a user account database, and deleting it will make NNID management program think this console hasn't logged in any NNID account.I want to have my JPN original 3DS and New 3ds "linked"(have the same movable.sed) in order to decrypt New 3ds exclusive content while preserving my original 3DS's ability to access eShop. Now I've successfully done the System Transfer and restored my original 3ds's emunand, but my original 3ds can't access eShop due to duplicated NNID. This is why I want to log out my NNID without formatting the system.

I believe you could call Nintendo, give them the serial number for both consoles, and get them to manually move your NNID. Tell them the console that currently has the NNID is broken. However, you wouldn't be able to transfer the ID back without formatting the new system if a format is required for system transfer.

I posted this in another thread, and it worked fine for me.
After just a 20 minute phone call to Nintendo Australia, and 10 minutes photoshopping a receipt, I managed to get my NNID unlinked from my old 3DS without updating it and system transferring :).

All ready for this update now!

Tell them you traded your old 3DS in, and forgot to unlink the NNID. They'll ask for a receipt to prove it (I photoshopped an old EB Games receipt with the Target receipt I got from my N3DS), and in 2 days, they emailed me to tell me the transfer was complete.
