Trying to install atmosphere boot.dat missing?

I was on SXOS my switch is on firmware 11, i copyed over the atmosphere files and on boot i get boot.dat is missing? My SD card is blank.

I just want to install atmosphere and upgrade to latest firmware.

You where right, it booted to atmosphere but all i have done is put atmosphere on my SD card the guides are out of date.

Trouble is i do not know. Using PC to inject payload, it's the original switch. I do not know if i ever patched anything i did the firmware updates with ChoiDujourNX.

When i boot up it says 11.010/AMS 1.1.1/S

I'm on 11 it says i need to update my sysMMC with the system update. Is there a way to avoid that? My switch has never been on the internet.

Enter Maintenance Mode by holding the volume + and - buttons when turning the console on.
