So I got Retroarch set up and it runs the roms fine using the Neko Project 2 Kai Core. But I have 2 problems.
I got the analog stick to control the mouse. However it's really hard to control precisely for the reason and it's practically impossible to use in-game.
Is there any way to control the mouse using Touchpad to drag and click?
And the second problem is that the Neko Project menu within Retroarch doesn't have the "Emulate>font" setting available like on the PC version.
Since I'm using unofficial translations for a lot of games I need to set the font file to another .bmp file that comes with the patch. The only work around is to go into the system>np2kai folder and manually overwrite the default "font.bmp" file but I'd like to know if there is any way to swap the font files within Retroarch. I feel like this should be available in Neko Project settings within Retroarch..
