Homebrew Trouble with FBI

Whenever I try to install the CIA for Pokémon Ultra Moon (yes, PUM specifically) it fails and this message shows up? Any idea what it means and what I can do to fix it?

you have 1.5 gb space available on your sd and the game size that you want to install is 3.45gb delete files or some 3ds games/applications using data management or buy a bigger sd card

    That's one of the issues I have with ecchi stuff recently, it focuses too much on the sexual aspect, not the comedy effect.
