ROM Hack Trim vs Super Trim

OK. But, NDSTokyotrimmer is good to trim 3ds roms, right?

if it supports 3ds stuff then sure, i guess they all use the same method (at least similar)
keep a backup of the roms, at least until you have tested they all work once trimmed, then there is nothing to lose

Yeah, I always do that. Thanks for the suggestion though. :) Also, can you please tell me what are card1 and card2 games? Thanks in advance. :D

card1 games are 'normal' roms.
card2 are special because the save is stored inside the rom file.
