Hacking Tried to update emunand, 3DS now in boot loop

I tried to update my N3DS emunand from 9.0 to 9.5 with Sysupdater using a full update pack 9.5.0-23U(Full) from some iso site and now when it tries to boot the emunand, it reboots the 3DS. Over and over and over. What can I do differently?

    @SylverReZ find me ONE community that is free of drama and politics. even video games forums (like this one) have politics section. and for some reason gamers still take consoles/brands wars seriously. even as a kid i never took the console wars bait despite being a nintendo kid.
