Hi guys I’m 48 am not tech savvy I bought a soft modded switch last year,and today decided to reset to factory as kids wanna play online,when I did it now it says fatal error occurred while running fusee failed to open atmosphere package,press power to reboot but when I do I get a black screen ,any help is greatly appreciated
