Gaming Trauma Center Help needed

I cant seem to pass chapter 2, mission 4.
So thats why im asking you guys for help!
can someone please finish this mission, only this one.
i would really appriciate that.

i found a zip with safe files that are at the same place as i am (chapter 2, mission 4) so i give you guys that one rather then my personal one, just because this one contains both .dat and .sav files (and heck, even .duc).

You can't see the chapter number in challenge, only the operation number, so you can't find out what operation it was with the info you gave us.

hmm if it is heres a *hint*

just cut out the anuerisms and connect them together without stitching them yet.. my friend did it another by just cutting them but not removing them. Hopefully this helps.. i'm upto the bomb part myself keep lasering off the wrong chip

Its indeed the one with the aneurisms. So can someone try to complete it for me.

I know some of the surgeries are really hard and takes a few tries to beat them but, keep at it. You'll probably be jumping with joy when you finally beat it yourself

...Or you could take a quick glance at the guides at GameFAQs for some tips.

problem for me is on the third anerism i cant get the damn stylus to work...like it wont cut the top of it...like its soo high on the screen...maybe my ds is faulty...

i had alot of trouble on this one as well. i would send you my save but I already did a few opperations after it. my best advice is when your at the last part with the 5 things. is make sure you have the screen center perfectly ahead of time, this will save you alot of trouble. I had probs with touch screen not working near the top (guess its a common problem). Like other people have save cut the dots out but do not remove them and use the green "shot" frequently to keep your patients heart rate up there. if one of them explodes you should quickly drain and connect before doing anything else. I had 2 pop and still won

Yeah, had the same problem here.
You must zoom out (the 1st icon in the right column) and them zoom in again, centering the aneurism.


Hey, the 5 pacient in 10 minutes you must save just 3??? How?
I was like a droid to operate all the 5 in 10 minutes (sucessful finished with just 15 seconds left)...

Hey mate, go into challenges in the start menu, and check out what the last misson you completed was. The mission number should be 1 higher for the one you are attempting. Let me know the mission number and I'll give you a few pointers.

While we're at it, anybody know how to get past mission 35? It's the one with the magical morphing tumor thing (the same one that killed that old guy)
