Hi guys...

I'm entering on Nintendo Switch Hack Word and I want to learn How to make an own translation for games. I live in Brazil and would like to help my country because we have no official translation on games.

Are there a tutorial or Tools to do this?

There is no tutorial, because each game is different. You need to specify which game you want to translate and other people, if they want, will show you if already something Has been done or not.
