I tell you this now, n00b Temper, requesting translations and homebrew only make people want to do it LESS.
Requesting help in such matters (like you actually doing work), on the other hand, is perfectly ok.

If I have time, I'll try to translated it.
I do have a fair knowledge of hacking, but can't guarantee it that I can complete the translation.

With the amount of college work, I can only do so much.

Furthermore, this should be in the DS section, not the GBA section.

Also, if you really think about this, translating a game takes a long time. I hope you are not just thinking that someone can pop in the game into some program and get it translated.
