ROM Hack Translating DS games

Well I used to translate Games from older consoles and then stopped translating for awhile.
Now I feel like i wanna pick this thing up again, and translating some DS games.

Now my main question is how to do this, aka what available tools are there,
Like what tool to use to turn a NDS file into a raw extracted NDS files.

Hopefully someone can help me and/or give some pointers.

You'll probably need to learn a little more romhacking for DS games, but FAST's guide can tell you most of the works.

I use Crystal Tile 2, DSBuff and DSLazy, but Crystal Tile 2 when I really want to mod a file or extract script if I don't have a tool made.
