ROM Hack Transferring pokemon from heart gold to White via Pokesav

how would one go about transferring pokemon from heart gold to White via Pokesav? I've been wanting to transfer my team over but I don't fancy going through all the ingame stuff.

Then you can't. It's that simple. However, if they are not legit copies...

You could export them in Pokésav HGSS, import them in Pokésav BW, fix the corrupted names and Trainer name, and your good. The names only corrupt because they changed the values of each letter, as they added more things to the "alphabet".

I heard something about not being able to use US poke in the japanese version. Also the values have been changed so the id's will be wrong showing they are technically hacked since the pokemon id comes from a every value used
