Hacking Transfer Wii data?

I have a non-GCN wii that I want to transfer the data onto a Wii that actually has GCN ports. Would I all I need to do is transfer the NAND or is it more complex than that?

just use a save manager like that save manager dx, backup all the saves and restore them in the newer wii
if the new wii is not "homebrewed" follow a recent guide to do so, restore the saves, use the same apps and done
IIRC if you attempt to transfer the nand it will result in a brick

Thanks, although, I have few VC games I wanna keep. How would I go about doing that?

if you still have the wads you can install them in the new wii
i think there is a dumper but i would recomend just to get the wads off the internet, much more easier and pratical

not sure if the wii had an official transfer tool you can use :S
